MIKE MONAGHAN  / FOUNDER & HEAD COACH
Mike is a very keen mountain biker with a lifetime of cycling behind him. Since a career within the global automotive sector, Mike took early retirement to pursue a passion for cycling. With the help of his wife and the enthusiasm of his young grandchildren to encourage him, Mike has drawn upon a need in the area to promote and develop a growing sector in cycling. Working with British Cycling, he has developed a programme that is flexible for busy families, while encouraging talent amongst young aspiring cyclists. Mike is competing again this year in the gruelling 40 mile mountain bike challenge known as the Hamsterley Beast raising money for the Great North Air Ambulance.
